Conditions
- All care will be taken but no responsibility will be accepted for loss or damage.
- Exhibits must be the boda fide work of the exhibitor and have been completed within the last 2 years. No copies allowed.
- Exhibits must not have won a prize at a previous Narrabri Show.
- An exhibit cannot be entered in more than one class. Limit of two (2) entries per class.
- All open exhibits must be FRAMED and READY TO HANG. Junior exhibits to be framed or mounted on clean cardboard READY TO HANG.
- The name, address and phone number of the Exhibitor and the class number must be clearly visible on the back of each exhibit.
- All entries must be securely packed with suitable packing for return consignment. All return freight must be paid in advance. Exhibits will be returned as per the instructions received.
- Exhibits may be offered for Sale and must have the sale price clearly indicated on the entry form. A commission of 20% will be charged by the Society of work sold during the show.
- The organisers reserve the right to have any work reproduced by the media.
- The organisers reserve the right to withhold awarding of a prize if, in the opinion of the judge, no work of a suitable standard has been submitted.
- NO exhibits to be removed from the pavilion before 3pm SUNDAY 25th April. Entries can be collected from the pavilion from 3pm to 5pm on Sunday April 24th and then from the Secretary's Office Monday 10.00am - 4.00pm.
- Senior Citizen's class - For persons over the age of 70 years.
