Early entries to Secretary’s Office. Open week prior to show 10am to 4pm

CONDITIONS

• Please provide a STAND or HANGER for safe display of your exhibit. All care taken no responsibility accepted.

• You may attach a note to your exhibit describing the techniques used.

• Collection of exhibits & prize vouchers (cashed at Secretary’s Office) from the pavilion between 3pm & 4pm Sunday 28th April 2013, then at Secretary’s office until 4pm Monday.

• Attach name face down on back of exhibits & cover signatures.

• All exhibits must be the bonafide work of the exhibitor & must not have won a first prize at a previous Narrabri Show in any section.

• The right is reserved to alter any class entered by exhibitors or create additional classes where deemed necessary by the judge & stewards. Judges decision is final.

• Commencing judging Thursday 25th April 2013. Late entries not accepted.
