All entries to be delivered to the show office by Wednesday 21st April 2010 4pm. Judging: Thursday 22nd April 2010.
All exhibitors must
sign a waiver form.
Rules & Conditions
- Judges reserve the right not to make awards in any class if deemed appropriate.
- Entries must be the bona fide product grown by the exhibitor.
- Olive types must be named and on containers of olives.
- Entries to have olive type on containers of fresh olives.
- Owners name may be under bottle for entry ID purposes.
- Limit of two entries per exhibitor per class.
Definitions
MILD - a moderate or less of
bitterness or pungency must be evident.
ROBUST - a moderate to high
level of bitterness & pungency must be evident.
Entry Fee: $2 per entry
Prizes: 1st - $5, 2nd - $3 plus place
