Participants of the Narrabri Show may become members of the Narrabri Show Society to pay in advance and receive discounted entry fees. Competitors in all sections other than Horse and Cattle, please use the Entry Form opposite. The Horse and Cattle sections have individual entry forms, waivers and schedules.
Please note that ALL competitors must sign an appropriate waiver. If the competitor is under 18 years of age, the waiver must be signed by a parent or guardian.
The Agricultural Societies Council of New South Wales reminds us that the participation in events or activities at an agricultural show contains elements of risk, obvious and inherent.

Horse Judging Conduct
The Narrabri Show adheres to the Agricultural Show Societies Council of NSW Code of Conduct for Horse Judges, available here for your information.

Community Hub Displays
The “Community Hub” display is a stall space that is located in the Community Hub tent which is reserved for local not-for-profit community clubs and associations (such as local sporting groups and charities) to advertise and promote their activities / services.
To be eligible, an organisation must not operate for the profit or gain of its individual members and funding from the organisation must be used for the benefit of the Narrabri Community.
The Narrabri Show Society Inc. reserves the right to consider each application request on a case-by-case basis and may require additional conditions or approve exemptions at the discretion of the Executive.
